"I never teach my pupils, I only attempt to provide the conditions in which they can learn " - Albert Einstein How true ! The school is a place where a child spends 5 to 6 hours everyday. When a child steps into school he / she must get a positive feeling of the place, a magical place which will create an interest in them. It is in this place that the child will spend the next 14 years of his / her life hence care must be taken to make this place happy and secure. It must be a place where children will love to come every day. Whenever teachers connect and communicate better with academic achievement of their students and student behaviour will be influenced. In a child life these growing years are the best years. Learning should be fun and interesting. The quality of the teacher, pupil relationship is the single most factor that determines the success of a teacher. The child must be able to grow in an environment which allows him / her to experience the joys of nature, the beauty of a rainbow, the first drops of rain after the heat and dust of summer, a walk in the park on a winter afternoon. A child who lives with appreciation grows up to be confident and positive reinforcements help the child to blossom. Individual differences are respected in our school so that everyone gets a fair chance. As Albert Einstein once said "If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will spend its entire life believing it is stupid." Participation and interaction is encouraged and values are inculcated so that our children learn to be tolerant and truthful, and in their dealings with others be regulated by love and justice.
